Though I recommend playing the original version for SNES try Earthbound on Nintendo Switch. Believe me the graphics are terrible but it's a better RPG than what it looks. You can also try Star Fox.
You're pretty lucky I've been wanting to play the new ones for a long time but I don't have a Switch.
